It has been great for my recovery to be down at sea level and I have been enjoying the moist maritime air which has been helping to decrease my mucusy cough\/cold that I had been suffering from for the last 5 or so weeks.<\/p>\n<p>We enjoyed the sunshine and not only did we bag all 3 lighthouses on the island but we also scaled the island high point.<\/p>\n<p>I think that I must be missing Nepal\/Tibet as this evening we seemed to have ended up in a Nepalese restaurant munching on momos and other food stuffs of Nepal.
